Life Café Club – Healthy Minds Workshop
The Life Café "Healthy Minds Workshop" begins at the Centre in Term 2.
Thursdays starting May 2nd | Time: 1:45 pm - 2:45 pm.
$10 per session, or free for Mental Health Care Plan holders.
It's difficult to move our mindset (think New Years resolutions). By the time we're 35 years old, it's estimated that 95% of our brain has been hardwired and tends to run on auto-pilot - unless we intentionally challenge it!
