Dear Community Members,
We are excited to announce that the Hackham West Community Centre will be hosting our yearly Christmas event on December 13, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM!
We invite local vendors/community groups to submit their expressions of interest to participate as market stallholders, food truck operators or community groups.
Event Details:
• Goods Stall Fee: $30
• Food Truck Fee: $80
• Community Organisation $0
• Public Liability Insurance: Required for all vendors
• Setup Time: 2:00 PM
• Equipment: No equipment will be provided. Weights must be used for securing stalls; pegs are not allowed.
This event aims to create a vibrant atmosphere for our community, and we would love for you to be a part of it. If you are interested in showcasing your products, food or community organisation, please submit your expression of interest by Friday 25 October 2024. Include details about your goods, menu items or community group, along with proof of your public liability insurance.
