Move ‘N Play Monday
9:45 – 11:15 am | $2 Per Session Per Child
For children under 5 and their parents/grandparents. Come along to move, learn and grow on Mondays. Songs and parachute time is at 11:00 am, followed by a group snack in the foyer.
You are welcome anytime during the session. Come along, play and have fun!
Yoga
12:45 – 1:45 pm | $7 per session
A qualified yoga instructor will guide you for an hour of yoga, mindfulness and relaxation. Suitable for beginners to those more skilled. Bring your mat and wear comfortable clothes.
Gentle Exercise
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm | $6 per session
A gentle physical activity program that combines aerobic activity with weight bearing, balance and stretching exercises. Run by an accredited exercise professional.
Families Together
Fortnightly | 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Families Together is a fortnightly after school program that brings Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families together to experience various activities and excursions.

Come along and practise your everyday English language skills in a fun and practical way. This course will help you gain confidence to interact in a variety of every day situations.
