The 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place in the Main Hall at the Hackham West Community Centre at 11:00 am on Friday November 27.

Please RSVP at Reception or by contacting the Centre on 8384 1065 by Thursday November 19. RSVP’s are essential to ensure that we meet COVID safe requirements.

Anyone wishing to have voting rights at the AGM will need to be a Financial Member of the Centre for 2020. Financial Memberships cost just $3 – forms are available at the Reception desk. Applications for Financial Membership close on Thursday November 19.

Please be advised that due to COVID restrictions, there will be no luncheon served at the AGM.
